CANCELLATION, NON-ARRIVAL AND EARLY DEPARTURE

To modify or cancel a reservation, simply send your request in the following ways: an email message sent to parkhotel@parkhotel.pv.it or via whatsapp at +393476437769.

For bookings of no more than 4 rooms for a period of less than 4 nights.

It is possible to cancel the booking directly with the hotel (without intermediaries) without penalties up to 15 days before arrival.

If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged to your credit card.

In case of cancellation within 3 days before the day of arrival, 75% of the entire reservation amount will be charged; more than 3 days before arrival the penalty will be 100% of the booking amount.

For late arrivals or early departures, a penalty of 50% of the total nights not used will be charged.

Cancellation for groups (starting from 4 rooms and exceeding 4 nights)

Up to 4 months before the group's arrival it is possible to cancel 20% of the rooms booked per day without penalty. The remaining rooms will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the stay, unless they cannot be re-rented.

Up to 3 months before the group's arrival it is possible to cancel 15% of the rooms booked per day without penalty. Remaining rooms will be subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the total cost of your stay, unless they can be re-rented.

Up to 1 month before the group's arrival it is possible to cancel 10% of the rooms booked per day without penalty. Remaining rooms will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total cost of the stay, unless they cannot be re-rented.

Up to 3 days before the group's arrival it is possible to cancel 1 room per day without penalty. A cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the total cost of the stay will be applied to the remaining rooms as well as to all catering operations and other services organized by the hotel.

Deposits

Deposits will be refunded at management's discretion. No refunds are guaranteed for early departure.

To guarantee your reservation, you will be asked for your credit card details and its expiration date. All damage to the rooms, including missing items, will be the responsibility of the customer. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations from which it appears that the customer is acting illegally and/or fraudulently, or which contain or are the result of an error.
